| Beautiful Butter, in her blue strapless dress, is eagerly awaiting Chloe’s arrival. Butter knows the pleasure of wearing pantyhose but Chloe is going to show her how exciting it is to be tickled in them! Chloe is ready to get started and secures Butter into the foot stocks. She admires Butter’s cute French pedicure and caresses her silky smooth hosed feet. Butter quivers with excitement and tries to wiggle free. Chloe digs her fingers in-between her toes and Butter begins to laugh and scream. Chloe pulls out her big red feather and tries some more tickle torture. She finds Butter is very ticklish and is enjoying this immensely. Chloe loves to tickle and could do this all day! She also has a feather duster, a blue feather and tries her behind the knees.
